Scarlet is our original horse; she has been with us since 2010. She is a bay appendix. She is the horse that helped us name our ranch. She is soulmates with Bruno and, together, they make our ranch name and logo. Scarlet used to be a small hunter-jumper and trail and obstacle horse until she retired in 2024. She loves going on trails more than anything. She has walked an endless amount of miles out on trail and still gets ponied out for fun! She was Tina’s primary horse, and still comes out for lots of love and attention and overseas our barn.

Bruno (Show name: Beating the Odds) is a true miracle. He is a 16.2, bay Dutch Warmblood gelding. He came to us from Bakersfield, CA, but that was about the closest he has been (it is believed he may have been in a tagged herd in the south). Bruno ended up being drugged when we bought him and would buck, rear, and bolt. He was a rank horse! Kat loved him dearly and didn’t want to give up on him. Anyone that saw him called him a “pig”, said Kat should sell him, and said he was worthless. Kat took him down to the basics where he now knows cool tricks like how to bow and count. She kept on working with him until now…Bruno is now a 1.10m jumper, a Junior rodeo champion, western pleasure, trail and beach, and a Rodeo Queen horse. Yes, that’s right, a rodeo queen horse! Bruno made a special appearance at the 2021 Yucaipa rodeo and had small children sitting on his head and people now come from all over California just to see him. And did we mention he’s photogenic!?!?

Cider (Gold Cover) is a 16.3h, flaxen chestnut Thoroughbred. Although he was bred to race, he was always too lazy so he never hit the racetrack! Cider is a descendant of Secretariat (one of the best racehorses to ever walk the earth). This guy loves to stand next to you and get lots of attention. He is one of our competitive horses here at Two Bayz Ranch. He is a 4’ hunter jumper and doesn’t stop there. This guy loves jumping and will jump through the clouds!

Magic (RSD Magic Marker) is a (bay) paint Arabian. Magic is one of the lesson and trail horses here at the Two Bayz Ranch. He enjoys going nice and slow and is not afraid to tell the kids when they need to use more leg! If you are looking for a fun lesson or a nice sunset trail ride, Magic can work his magic for you! He is often a kids favorite.

Maizie (Imperial Mazerati) is a 15.1h Quarter horse x draft. She is a dappled champagne palomino that wins the hearts of everyone at the ranch for both her looks and personality. She is a deputy for the Southwest Riverside county sheriff’s posse and has been since the age of 4! She has done everything from working concerts and graduations around Temecula and old town Temecula, to working a successful search and rescue! She has even ridden in parades, rodeo, shown, and led a drill team!

Meet Breezey (Going to be Breezey)! Breezey serves as a lesson and trail horse. She is a 16h Appaloosa mare who has also been a deputy for the Riverside county Sheriff’s posse. She has patrolled downtown Temecula and spends a lot of her other outings winning ribbons at shows for Two Bayz Ranch riders in both english and western, and she has brought home quite a lot of blue ribbons!

Maximus (Fight Like a Gladiator) is a 13.1h (that’s right, a pony!!) Quarter Horse x Welsh gelding. He is a beloved favorite with the kids. He jumps 1m but also loves teaching beginners or doing small crossrails, and even trail rides. He is quite popular when he is in the barn, as he is a favorite but often on lease throughout California.

Charlie (Charlie the Gent) is a 17.2h liver chestnut Thoroughbred. After racing only a handful of times, he was retired and turned into what he is today. He is quite the gentle giant and does kids lessons and camps. He is also an amazing hunter jumper and wins at local shows, and has jumped 1.10m and has more scope to come!

Regal (Heavenly Kingdom) is a 16.3h chestnut Thoroughbred mare. She is as sweet and affectionate as can be and loves spending all her time with the young horses or getting attention from us! She started out as a racehorse in Kentucky, and then was a broodmare for many years. She is now a fun riding horse and Tina’s main riding horse.

Soda (Soda Springs) is a young Thoroughbred mare. She is Kat’s next big potential. She is training to become a deputy horse for Sheriff’s posse, rodeo horse, as well as lesson and trail horse!

Ritzy (Ritzy Dimensions) is one of our broodmares. She is a 14.2h Quarter Horse (APHA too thanks to a cute marking on her booty!) and is world champion bred. She used to be a top show horse and dominate the western pleasure, hunt seat, AND halter, but was forced to retire from riding and is now a broodmare full time, enjoying the spoiled life.

Cedar (JMW Cedars Lady) is a 14.3h red roan Quarter Horse. She also has some pretty fancy breeding and although not trained to ride, she is a remarkable broodmare. She continues to be a broodmare for us. She enjoys living in the pasture, playing with the water, and getting lots of attention.

Jet (Yourwish ismycommand) is a pure black quarter horse stallion. He is a remarkable guy with world champion and hall of fame breeding in halter and western pleasure and was even shown himself. He has the most cuddly personality, especially for a stallion and enjoys getting lots of food and attention when he’s not busy helping sire the next best generation of quarter horses!

Spencer (RM Mighty Charming) is a paint horse stallion. He is also super cuddly and affectionate. He is world champion bred and was top 10 in the world himself in the halter. He loves naps, attention, and playing with water when he is not helping sire paints!
